Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
We support sample orders as low as 1-10 pieces for most cylindrical cells. Prismatic cells typically have a 16-piece MOQ (one 48V set). Volume discounts start at 100+ units.
Q: Can I order mixed models in one shipment?
Yes! We encourage customers to order sample kits with multiple cell models for testing. Mix & match across our entire catalog.
Quality & Authenticity
Q: How do you guarantee genuine cells?
We source directly from authorized manufacturers and their certified distributors. Every batch is tested in-house for capacity and IR. We do not sell recycled, reclaimed, or counterfeit cells.
Q: What is the difference between Grade A and Grade B cells?
Grade A cells pass the manufacturer’s full quality specifications (capacity, IR, appearance, self-discharge). Grade B cells fail one or more criteria and are sold at discount — we clearly label any Grade B offerings and specify the reason for grading.
Shipping & Logistics
Q: How are lithium cells shipped safely?
All shipments comply with UN38.3 and IATA/IMDG dangerous goods regulations. Cells are individually packaged in anti-static foam, packed in UN-certified boxes, and labeled per DG requirements. DHL/FedEx/UPS DG surcharge is included in our shipping quotes.
Q: Do you ship to my country?
We ship to 50+ countries worldwide. Some destinations have specific import restrictions on lithium batteries — contact us with your destination country and we’ll confirm feasibility and documentation requirements.
Payment & Terms
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
T/T (bank wire), L/C for orders over $10,000, PayPal for sample orders under $500, and Western Union. Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
Q: Do you offer credit terms?
Net 30 terms available for established customers after 3+ successful orders. Contact us to discuss.
