Quality Assurance
Every battery cell is inspected before shipment. We guarantee that all products meet the specifications stated in the datasheet and sales contract.
Inspection Period
Buyers have 7 calendar days from receipt of goods to inspect and report any defects or discrepancies. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product does not meet agreed specifications (verified by third-party testing if needed)
- Physical damage upon arrival (must be documented with photos at time of unboxing)
- Incorrect quantity or model shipped
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-manufactured cells (OEM/ODM) are non-returnable unless they fail to meet specifications. Samples are non-returnable.
Refund Process
- Submit a claim via email with photos and test data
- Our QA team reviews within 3 business days
- Approved returns: we provide a return shipping label (for DG-compliant carriers)
- Refund processed within 15 business days of receiving and verifying returned goods
Warranty
Standard warranty: 12 months from the date of shipment against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage from improper use, storage, or handling. Refer to the product datasheet for specific warranty terms.
