We provide factory-matched cell sets with <2% capacity variance and <10% internal resistance variance — essential for safe, long-lasting multi-cell battery packs. Available for any order size, from 16-cell 48V sets to container-volume shipments.
Tab Welding & Busbar Assembly
Cylindrical cells can be supplied with pre-welded nickel strips in your specified series/parallel configuration. Prismatic cells available with laser-welded busbars. Reduces your assembly time and tooling investment.
BMS Integration
We can supply matched BMS (Battery Management System) units sized to your pack configuration — including JBD / Daly / JK BMS for LiFePO4 and NMC chemistries. Pre-wired sense leads available for plug-and-play assembly.
