1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the BattSource website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Business Eligibility
BattSource serves business-to-business (B2B) customers. By placing an inquiry or order, you represent that you are acting on behalf of a legitimate business entity.
3. Quotations & Pricing
All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. Formal quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Volume pricing applies as specified in individual quotations.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a Purchase Order (PO) and proforma invoice acceptance. Payment terms are negotiated per order. Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment (T/T). For new customers, 100% advance payment may be required.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. BattSource is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure. Risk transfers per Incoterms agreed in the sales contract.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, trademarks) is the property of BattSource. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
BattSource shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Hong Kong.
